As a massage therapist and a body-oriented person, I love exploring new ways to relax and reconnect with myself.
Today I found myself in a beautiful space where I experienced floating — a capsule filled with warm, salty water that gently lifts the body, creating a feeling of complete weightlessness. The light fades, and I’m left in silence and darkness — just my breath and calm.

Then came aromatherapy: I chose essential oils that matched my current state — to balance and fill me with harmony.
After that, a body massage with those same oils helped me release all remaining tension through soft, flowing touch.

The session ended with sound therapy — about five instruments, including a handpan, singing bowl, bells, and a rainstick. Each vibration moved gently through my body.

Finally, a cup of herbal tea with honey.
I left feeling light, warm, and deeply at peace. 🌿

I had a Lomi Lomi massage session that felt like pure magic.
From the first minutes, I could feel my tension melting away, layer by layer, like warm butter.
I was completely in the moment — feeling every touch, every wave of warmth flowing through my body.

Sometimes I couldn’t believe how incredibly good a simple touch could feel — and how amazing it was that my body kept responding even in the pauses, when there were no touches at all.

By the end, a wave of emotion came over me and turned into tears. It felt cleansing, freeing, and deeply human.

The whole day after, I felt grounded, balanced, and peaceful — like I’d returned to my own natural rhythm, without hurry or worry.
A beautiful experience that stays with you long after it’s over. 🌿

My favourite treatment😇
I created it for the colder season to blend the warmth of herbs, oil, and flowing Lomi-Lomi touch.

First, the body is gently warmed with hot herbal bags. Then warm oil and soft, deep movements melt away tension. Sometimes the compresses stay on the body so the warmth can spread through the channels.

The scent of eucalyptus, lemongrass and camphor clears the breath and calms the mind. A deeply soothing and cosy experience.

🌿 Yesterday a woman came to my studio.
She's 39, a mother of two — and it was her very first massage.

She chose a long Lomi Journey session— a full 3 hours.

At the end, she told me that she had hesitated before booking.
She wasn’t sure whether coming to a home studio was a good idea,
whether it would feel safe enough.
But something inside quietly led her here.

💆‍♀️ During the session, a few times as I worked with calm, caring touch,
tears appeared — gently, quietly, without words.

📩 This morning she messaged me:
“Last night I felt like a balloon that had been blown to the max —
and then suddenly deflated.
Extremely tired but relaxed.

Today, I put on some soft music, closed my eyes,
breathed mindfully — and suddenly I saw a green light.
I’ve never had that before.

Looked it up — it’s connected to the heart chakra.
I’m still processing the emotions.
I feel lighter. Energy is coming back.
A bit achy in the body, and slightly raised temperature since last night.
But it feels like part of the process.”

🌀 What do I think?
This kind of response is not uncommon
when the body finally feels safe, held, and listened to.

Tears, sensations of energy, tiredness, emotional release —
these are all signs that deep processes are unfolding.
