The tape consists of a fabric base and a layer of hypoallergenic heat-activated adhesive. It contains no medicinal substances: the effect of the tape comes entirely from its physical properties, such as the special wavy application of the adhesive. Thanks to this, the tape’s structure is very similar to human skin.
Tapes help relieve tissue tension by lifting the upper layers of the skin, which promotes better blood flow and lymphatic drainage.

The idea of using elastic strips with properties similar to human skin comes from manual therapist Kenzo Kase. He realised that such a tool could significantly extend the effects of massage.
This method, developed in 1973, gained worldwide recognition after the 1988 Seoul Olympics, where athletes used tape to support muscles and reduce pain.

These are not rigid formats — sessions can be combined and shaped around you and what your body needs at this moment.

Sculptural face massage is a refined, deep approach to facial work.
You receive precise attention to muscles, fascia, bone structures, and areas of fibrosis — where loss of volume and distortion of shape begin.
Your result is a return to natural facial contours, softness, and balanced volume.
I work to release pathological tension vectors and guide the tissues back to their natural position.

Bodywork sessions are inspired by Hawaiian massage and enriched with techniques from other modalities 🌊
You experience a flowing, continuous massage that is never repeated and never rushed.
Each session unfolds in conversation with your body — its tension, breath, and inner rhythm.

All sessions are author’s work.
There are no mechanical routines or preset sequences here.

My name is Kseniia, I’m 41, and I’m Ukrainian.
Massage has become the most natural continuation of my life — even though my professional path once looked very different.

I hold a Master’s degree in lighting design, and before moving to the UK I worked as a project manager in interior design. Yet throughout all those years, my true growth was happening through the body. For over 15 years I’ve practised yoga, explored embodiment and sensory practices, and taken part in trainings that have shaped my sensitivity and deep understanding of physical awareness. 🧘‍♀️✨

This personal journey gradually led me to massage — as a conscious and intentional choice. I wanted to create a space exactly as I feel it: sincere, body-centred, filled with care and presence.
This is how Massage Studio Idyllic was born. 🌿

Over the past years, I’ve completed personalised training in Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi, as well as several professional courses in a variety of facial and body massage techniques. I’ve also trained in kinesiology taping for both face and body. 🤍

One of the most powerful experiences for me was taking part in a week-long international massage camp in Italy, where I learned techniques from 20 masters from different countries — a deep immersion and exchange that expanded my vision and strengthened my practice. 🇮🇹🌍

I see the body as an instrument through which we interact with the world, and I truly believe that caring for it is essential for a healthy and harmonious life. Massage is more than working with muscles — it affects tissues and fascia, the nervous system, hormonal balance, breathing, and our energetic state. ✨
Each touch becomes a small journey that relaxes, restores, and reconnects you with yourself.

I had a Lomi Lomi massage session that felt like pure magic.
From the first minutes, I could feel my tension melting away, layer by layer, like warm butter.
I was completely in the moment — feeling every touch, every wave of warmth flowing through my body.

Sometimes I couldn’t believe how incredibly good a simple touch could feel — and how amazing it was that my body kept responding even in the pauses, when there were no touches at all.

By the end, a wave of emotion came over me and turned into tears. It felt cleansing, freeing, and deeply human.

The whole day after, I felt grounded, balanced, and peaceful — like I’d returned to my own natural rhythm, without hurry or worry.

My favourite treatment😇
I created it for the colder season to blend the warmth of herbs, oil, and flowing Lomi-Lomi touch.

First, the body is gently warmed with hot herbal bags. Then warm oil and soft, deep movements melt away tension. Sometimes the compresses stay on the body so the warmth can spread through the channels.

The scent of eucalyptus, lemongrass and camphor clears the breath and calms the mind. A deeply soothing and cosy experience.
