Take a moment to slow down and reconnect with your body, your breath, and your baby.
Join us for a nurturing Pregnancy Yoga and Soundbath session in the serene setting of St Barnabas Church, guided by experienced facilitators Michelle and Elisha.
This unique evening combines gentle, pregnancy-safe yoga with a deeply relaxing and restorative soundbath
Yoga Benefits:
• Relieve tension and ease common pregnancy discomforts
• Strengthen your body for birth
• Improve posture, balance, and circulation

The Fourth Trimester🌀💥

How can we as mothers really wrap ourselves up and heal after birth? What steps can we put in place to make sure we are supported from our friends and family?

It's a huge transition birthing a baby into the world - nobody can explain it fully until you experience it.

We are entering Matresence 🌀 a whole new phase of our life- we shred the layers. Homing and creating life within your womb and birthing your baby is so empowering! My brain still can not process the magic. After this you really are capable of anything! The challenges and depth you overcome.
The s**t you deal with and change as you don't want that in your life anymore- working together with your baby to bring them into your safe space.
Listening to the whispers of how baby wants to be birthed.

The fourth trimester is a magical bubble of light that is to be fully immersed in. It is often discarded and not valued. It really is a time where we need to fully rest and heal.

I can highly recommend limiting visits and keeping your space sacred.
Having lots of nourishing food prepped and stored
Lots of earthy foods
Keeping the womb warm - castor oil packs, belly binding.
Making a herbal bath soak to help heal ( I can send suggestions)
Meditating on your womb, how she housed you gorgeous baby.
Sharing your birth story! To process it 🌀
Lots of herbal teas and spiced milk.
Most of all keeping your newborn baby closer to your heart❤️

This is an area of womens journey which my heart and womb is really being pulled towards. To help tend and care for Mothers. As here in the UK I feel we are so separated. We don't always have the group of women with us, sharing the space - helping with the every day tasks. We tend to have to ride the waves and it can be quite lonely.

• Informed birth choices & your birth vision

• Natural health, aromatherapy & nourishment for the journey

Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, this is a space to be seen, supported, and held.

Feel calm, confident, and connected during pregnancy
Be informed to make the best choices for you and your baby
Build a supportive community of other expectant mothers
Leave each session feeling empowered and uplifted

Workshop 1- facilitated by Ruth from , this workshop will cover an introduction to hypnobirthing, birth choices, affirmations and relaxation.

Workshop 2 - facilitated by Michelle from this will be a creative session exploring visualisation, journalling, and the creation of a birth and pregnancy vision board.

Workshop 3 - facilitated by Elisha from Moonbeam Wellness, in this final session we will discuss the 4th trimester, post partum wellness, holistic nutrition, yoga and the creation of aromatherapy padsicles to aid healing.

Ticket price is for all 3 workshops, and includes materials, refreshments and pregnancy journal.

Yoga For MotherHood ❤️

Practices that I hold deep within my heart and womb. It's all about creating a space where women come to feel heard and held.

Being pregnant and becoming a mother is a massive transition to change for women - who often can feel quite lonely through this time. As so much change is happening inside of the amazing gorgeous human body that we don't give time to process these changes.

The pregnancy classes offer a space to share how you are feeling whilst growing a little being inside of you. Any worries or fears that might be creeping in. Listening to other pregnant women share their stories. Whilst learning different breathing techniques and movement practices to prepare you to have a beautiful birth ❤️

The Mum & Baby classes provide an opportunity to be with you and babe, to touch, to cuddle, to connect even more. To listen and share stories with other mums.
To again learn breathing techniques to help keep the nervous system regulated... one that is very close to home for me... trying to keep that balanced nervous system 💛
Doing gentle movements to reconnect with your new body after birthing a baby!

Feeling the yearning already for some more sun and sea dips, the feeling of the sun on the bones and saltiness on the skin.
It’s sometimes challenging in England during the wintery days, wanting to hibernate and rest but life demands don’t always allow that, still moving at the same pace as we do all year.

Im learning to prioritise rest and recharging over cleaning and organising whilst Enki naps. It’s seems to be theres so many things that need doing during this time and half the time it’s only the cleaning that gets done…. Why is that?
Although, the past few weeks I’ve been getting the bolster out and doing Yoga Nidra.
To take moments to replenish.

From listening to conversations about winter, it’s quite common we don’t make that time to replenish our bodies.

We have several offerings coming up to provide a space where we can all recharge and replenish together 💫🌀🙏🏽
