Looking for something sweet 🍬? Why not try our quick and easy 2 Syn strawberry trifles 🤩. All you need to do is 👨‍🍳:

1️⃣ layer 4 bowls with chopped strawberries and pour over a made-up 11.5g sachet of sugar-free jelly 🍓.
2️⃣ mix a 150g pot of light custard with 150g quark to make your middle layer 🍨.
3️⃣ top with a dollop of fat free natural yogurt and more strawberries 😍.

If you are looking to lose weight but don't know where to start, This week in group we are having our free food festival cook off, where members are bringing in their slimming world recipes. You'll get to try some wonderful tasty dishes and them vote for your favorite.

A couple of weeks ago we went into Nanny’s Cafe Milnrow for breakfast. We were greeted by the owner Wayne who was very hospitable. For some eating out can be quite an anxious thing to do especially when you are on a weight loss journey. Well, I can tell you there's nothing to worry about at Nanny's, Wayne advised us that they can make Slimming World friendly food you just need to mention it when ordering, they will even cook in low calorie cooking spray. Music to my ears. From full breakfasts, big Salads to Jacket potatoes, there's something for everyone. Go on give it a try!

I never really liked omelette when I was little, used to say they tasted too eggy🥚 🤣🤣🤣

Now they are a great breakfast when I Don't want to use my healthy extra.

Ham, mushroom. Spring onion and cheese for me.

Last week we celebrated our greatest loser in group, and what a celebration it was.

Our fabulous Nicola has lost an amazing 5st 4lb, what a transformation and she looks incredible.

We celebrated in style with a Slimming World buffet made by the members, there were some treats for us from bacon hotpot to carrot cake. There was something for everyone.

That's the amazing thing about Slimming World, you can still eat all your favorites and lose weight.
