What you’re actually doing is forgetting about the present moment, you’re living in the future where anxiety lives, you’re being robbed of the fun and joy that’s to be found in the present.

Let go of things beyond your control, stop micro managing, let others be who they want to be, not the version you want to see. You’re not only disrupting your peace but theirs too.

This control comes from trauma - a fear of other peoples actions, a fear of things not turning out how you expect and a fear of failure.

Time to bring yourself back to the present, take a deep breath, allow yourself to enjoy the here and now.

Once you do - wow - life changing.
