I am often asked if I work with children. Yes but from ages 11+. I also work face to face , telephone or video. Counselling for couples or individuals are available. My working days and evenings are Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays.

What is counselling? how can you help me? how does this work ? are the questions I hear from my clients starting out on their sessions. Counselling is a safe non judgemental space where together we can work through your concerns with warmth and support for you to explore the issues you are facing and find a way forward that is best for you. Working together to explore the emotions along with C.B.T skills in challenging negative beliefs and developing change. Mindfulness to help you relax and breath along with reiki if this is needed and wanted by you. I am here to help and work with one to one or couples, either face to face, video or telephone. You are the expert on yourself but sometimes we become lost, alone , anxious, depressed. I work with many concerns from anxiety, abuse, anger management, bereavement, burnout, depression, dissociation, sadness, low self confidence, loneliness, mental health, panic attacks, phobias, social anxiety, suicidal thoughts, work related stress .
