Counselling is not just having a chat over a cup of tea although I do provide a cup, but it's a exploration of thoughts, behaviour and emotions to gain a deeper understanding of self awareness, helping you to understand why you feel this way. It's support without judgement helping to live a healthy mindset balanced life .
