Sorry for any inconvenience this is causing, we are trying to get this fixed as soon as possible.

If you have a query please send this through our patches site and we will get back to you as soon as possible, you can also send prescription requests via patches or the NHS app. You can book appointments also through the NHS app. If you have an acute condition, you could try the local pharmacy who will advise you. If your condition is urgent and you cannot wait, please attend urgent care.
We will update you as soon as we know more information.

Following recent guidance and news about Mounjaro use in weight loss, we wanted to share the exact guidelines.
As you can see the criteria is strict and it will be the practice that reaches out to the patients identified.
We will also be reviewing on a case by case basis those patients that were already on the medicine before the new guidance was issued.

Did you know you or a loved one might be eligible for the COVID Spring vaccine?

The programme will run from 1st April – 17th June 2025

People are eligible for a vaccination this Spring/Summer if they meet one or more of the following
· adults aged 75 years and over

· residents in a care home for older adults

· individuals aged 6 months and over who have a weak immune system.
