I fully understand menopausal skin because I live it too.
This isn’t theory. It’s experience.
Hormonal shifts change everything — hydration levels, barrier function, sensitivity, elasticity, and how the skin responds to treatment. What worked before often stops working, and the skin becomes more reactive, more fragile, and less predictable.
That’s why a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work.
Supporting menopausal skin requires:
• Strengthening the skin barrier
• Restoring hydration at a deeper level
• Calming inflammation and sensitivity
• Stimulating regeneration without overloading the skin
• Choosing treatments and actives that respect compromised skin integrity
In clinic, I don’t chase quick fixes. I focus on rebuilding skin health from the inside out — using science-led, personalised protocols that adapt to what the skin actually needs in this phase of life.
Because menopausal skin isn’t something to “fight”… it’s something to understand, support, and treat intelligently.
And that starts with lived experience, clinical knowledge, and honesty.
