💙At MollyCare, we don’t just meet industry standards—we exceed them. We are committed to Creating a Continuous Development Culture, ensuring our team is equipped with the best possible skills to support our community.💙

While many providers focus only on the basics, we believe in a higher standard of preparation. Before any of our staff are allowed to work in the community, they must complete:

✅Over 20 specialized online training programs.

✅Comprehensive in-house Moving and Handling certification.

✅Rigorous in-house Medication Administration training.

Our Partnership with Brighton MET College
We are proud to have partnered with Greater Brighton Metropolitan College (MET) to deliver NVQs and offer the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care as a fully-funded opportunity to our entire team. This qualification is the equivalent of two A-Levels and serves as a vital gateway to senior and specialist roles.

No Limits to Learning
We don’t stop at Level 3. At MollyCare, we support our staff’s ambitions all the way up to Level 7 in Adult Social Care. To put that into perspective:

Level 5 is equivalent to a Foundation Degree.

Level 6 is equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree.

Level 7 is equivalent to a Master’s Degree.

What’s Next?
Our dedicated in-house training team is currently working behind the scenes to bring our staff even more internal development opportunities. We are constantly evolving to ensure our team remains at the forefront of the care sector.

By integrating these professional qualifications with our Care Certificate and in-house Dementia Specialist training, we ensure our people have the expertise and confidence to provide outstanding care. We are proud to invest in our team so they can provide the dignity, respect, and professional support our clients deserve.

Our wheelchair-accessible vehicle is looking sparkling clean today! We’ve just given it a fresh wash to get it ready for a very busy week ahead with our wonderful service users.

At MollyCare, we believe that staying connected to your community isn't just a "bonus"—it’s essential for mental health, independence, and overall wellbeing.

Whether it’s a trip to the shops, visiting a loved one, or simply enjoying the fresh air, getting out and about makes all the difference.

That’s why we provide free access to our specialised vehicle for all MollyCare service users. We want to ensure that transport is never a barrier to enjoying life!
