Over the past 48 hours, staff participated in comprehensive instruction on Safe People Moving and completed the inaugural sessions of our new, in-house Dementia Awareness Training.🩵

We want to extend our sincere gratitude to every team member who took part. Their dedication to enhancing their skills is a testament to our shared commitment to excellence. Our sessions will include crucial instruction on Safe People Moving and the launch of our new, in-house Dementia Awareness Training.

We were so honored to have the Littlehampton Town Mayor with us to cut the ribbon and tour our new facility.

🙏 Over the past few years, with the incredible support of our community, we've gone from strength to strength. It was so important for us to make this step and stay right here in Littlehampton. As a local, family-run business, we're dedicated to keeping our town, our community, and our family at the heart of everything we do.🩵

🏫 It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our new training center, a space that will allow us to provide even more in-depth training for our incredible team. This is a huge step forward in ensuring we continue to deliver the very best care to our community.

🩵😎We're so excited to announce that at 1600 today, we'll be officially opening our new MollyCare office! We're honored to have the Littlehampton Town Mayor joining us for the ribbon cutting.😎🩵

He'll be celebrating with us and some of our dedicated team members. We can't wait to show him the core principles that make MollyCare the trusted, local, family-run care business it is today. 📢 Exciting News from MollyCare! 📢

The cat's officially out of the bag – we've moved! 🚚 We've been working incredibly hard behind the scenes to transform our new head office, and we're thrilled to announce our new home at The Arcade in Littlehampton Town!

This move is a huge step forward for MollyCare and an important part of our commitment to providing the best possible care and support. Our new head office boasts dedicated office spaces and, most importantly, an on-site training center!

This means even more opportunities for our amazing team to grow, learn, and continue delivering outstanding care to our community.

It was incredibly important for us to remain right here in the heart of Littlehampton. This town is our home, and we're proud to continue serving its residents from such a central and accessible location.

While we still have a few small tweaks to make to get everything just perfect, our doors are open! We'd love for you to pop in, say hello, and join us for a tea or coffee. Come and see our new space!

A huge congratulations to our wonderful team members, Becky and Beth! 🎉

They have successfully completed the rigorous Dementia Care - Train the Trainer course, a significant achievement that will profoundly impact the quality of care we provide.🩵

This comprehensive online workshop, delivered by an expert from the Homecare Association, has equipped them with the skills and confidence to deliver top-tier dementia training to our entire workforce. Becky and Beth will now be able to lead our staff in understanding the "why" behind their actions, focusing on a truly person-centered approach to care. The course provided them with in-depth knowledge on crucial topics like:

* What dementia is and its impact on the brain

* Understanding communication differences and behavioral triggers

* The importance of promoting independence and supporting families

With their new ability to train our team, Becky and Beth are helping MollyCare solidify its commitment to providing the highest standard of care for individuals living with dementia.
