🌞 HEATWAVE ALERT – STAY SAFE IN THE HEAT 🌞

With the current heatwave across the UK, it’s more important than ever to take extra care—especially for the elderly, vulnerable, and those with long-term health conditions.

At Exceed Homecare, we are reminding everyone to stay safe and look out for one another during this extreme weather. ☀️💛

✅ Top Tips to Stay Safe:

☀️Drink plenty of water – stay hydrated!
☀️Keep your home cool by closing curtains and using fans.
☀️Wear lightweight, loose-fitting clothing.
☀️ Avoid going out during the hottest part of the day if you can (11am–3pm).
☀️ Check in on elderly or vulnerable neighbours and loved ones.
☀️ Never leave anyone (especially children or pets) in a parked car.

🚨 If you feel dizzy, weak, or overheated—rest, hydrate, and seek help if needed. 🚨

Our care team is actively checking on our clients and adjusting routines to make sure everyone stays safe and comfortable.

Happy 1st birthday to Exceed Homecare!!

2021 was like no other year, not just due to the obvious global situation, but for me it was the time I decided to take a leap of faith on myself doing something I truly love, that’s where Exceed Homecare began!

I want to thank all my family and friends for the ongoing support and recommendations and a huge thank you to my lovely customers and their families, without you this dream would not have become a reality. I have been privileged enough to of met some really really great people❤️
