My name is Emma and I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor based in Littlehampton, West Sussex. I can read Astrological Birth Charts and am trained in Systemic Constellations. I have over 17 years experience as a psychotherapist and over ten years experience as a teacher. I love helping people to untangle some of their unconscious processes that get stuck inside ourselves. aware of and acknowledge our hidden patterns we become more free to navigate through the realities of life and choose different ways to be in relationship with oneself and others. My goal is for people to learn to be their own therapist or counsellor, to learn that their own inner being can guide them so that they can reach the springboard to finding the joy, freedom and growth everyone deserves in life.
