Ashley is the proud founder and co-owner of AJS! Known for her terrible mouth and even stronger lifts, she’s all about building confidence and strength in her clients—both inside and outside the gym.

When she’s not coaching or crushing PRs, she’s spending time with her beautiful wife and their two adorable Frenchies. She’s also a big fan of scuba diving and table tennis! 🐠🏓
