We’re excited to launch our limited-time Summer Referral Offer – running from 19th June to 3rd July 2025!
Refer suitable candidates to us and earn double the usual referral bonus for our HCA's & support workers
£150 for Complex-Trained HCAs, Carers, and Female Support Workers
£200 for Paediatric Nurses
All bonuses paid once your referral completes 5 shifts!
Option 1: Refer a Complex-Trained HCA or Carer
Do you know a Complex-Trained Healthcare Assistant or Carer based in or around Sussex?
✅ We’re also happy to consider HCAs or Carers who haven’t had complex training yet – we can provide all necessary training for the role!
✅ Must be based locally in Sussex
✅ You’ll receive £150 once they’ve worked 5 shifts — that’s double our usual referral fee!
✅ No limit on the number of referrals you can make!
Option 2: Refer a Female Support Worker
We are currently accepting referrals for Female Support Workers only, based in or around Sussex
✅ Strictly female support workers at this time
✅ Must be local to Sussex
✅ We’ll provide all necessary training for the role
✅ You’ll receive £150 once they’ve worked 5 shifts — that’s *double our usual referral fee!
✅ Unlimited referrals welcome!
Option 3: Refer a Paediatric Nurse
Do you know a Paediatric Nurse based in or around Sussex?
✅ Open to Paediatric Nurses only
✅ Must be based locally in Sussex
✅ You’ll receive £200 once they’ve worked 5 shifts – that’s £50 more than our usual referral bonus!
✅ No limit on referrals!
