This is especially true when unhappy with yourself, and you’re doing a weight loss or exercise program.

Get fitter and healthier with love for yourself not hate. Hating on yourself and speaking unkindly to yourself gets you nowhere, and only reinforces unhappiness.

We are the words we tell ourselves. So speak only gentle words of kindness and love to yourself.

I thought now would be a good time to share my own weight loss journey over the last 5 months where I have now lost just over 3 stone. It was only this week when I compared some photos of exactly a year ago that I realised how far I have come.
Yesterday I went out dancing and realised how much more confident and happy I am compared to dreading going out and finding excuses to back out whenever I could.

I believe all weight loss plans work but it’s about finding the one that suits you and a plan you can consistently stick to.
