My next 8‑week Mindfulness Now course begins Tuesday 24 March at the Holistic Hub, Littlehampton — and it’s designed for real people with real lives, not perfect meditators.
This course is warm, practical, and totally beginner‑friendly — perfect if you’ve been curious about mindfulness but weren’t sure where to start. It’s designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and feel more present in your everyday life.

Because mindfulness isn’t about sitting perfectly still or “emptying your mind”.
It’s about learning how to meet your life with more awareness, steadiness, and kindness.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn simple practices that help you:

✨ Improve sleep and restfulness

✨ Create small pockets of calm in busy days

These are skills you can use anywhere:
on the school run, at work, in conversations, while cooking, walking, or navigating tricky moments.
