One Week to Go!!🏃🏃

We can't wait to see you all at OUTRUNCANCER Arundel next Sunday.

If you haven't signed up yet, you can do so online until midnight on Friday 6th February, and there will be an opportunity to sign up on the day.

This run helps us to mark World Cancer Day each day, so come along and help us raise vital funds, raise awareness and OUTRUNCANCER together.

We just wanted to say a huge "Thank You" to Tanya and her team at The Tudor Tavern East Preston for their amazing fundraising efforts over the Christmas period , in which they raised an absolutely amazing £900 for Cancer United!

Last Week Yvonne and Clare popped by to present them with a certificate of appreciation!

Thank you so much to everyone who came to our quiz night last night, what an amazing turnout we had!

Congratulations to the winning team "Blackman and Strong and Often Wrong" and a big shout out to Dwayne "The Brain" for leading the quiz, Erica for providing the food and all of the wonderful CU volunteers, without whom these events would not run so smoothly!

CU Life Balance will have their first meet up of 2026 this week. This group is for anyone who is juggling life, families, work and everything else alongside a Cancer Diagnosis.

When: Tuesday 13th January - 7:30pm
Where: The Highdown Pub (Littlehampton Rd, Worthing BN12 6FB)
