Good morning all I have managed to sort out an extra weekend for appointments before my holiday,the added weekend is Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th July, please pm me and I will try to accommodate you before my 2 weeks off which is Saturday 26th July to Friday 8th August 🙂

If anybody is looking to get fit and want a change in their fitness routine or just fancy something different from the gym,i can 100% recommend these classes,with a choice of morning or evenings,I do a class whenever I can, really helps my joints stay strong and supple,made some great friends too
