🛡️ Looking for a manufacturer that includes sterilisation in the full device project management process?
At Meridian Medical, sterilisation isn’t a standalone add-on. It’s built into how you receive finished, compliant medical devices.
Partnering with us, you can:
✅ Use our validated mixed load cycle for EtO sterilisation processes for cost-efficiency
♻️ Access gamma sterilisation where EtO isn’t suitable (e.g. foil packaging)
📄 Rely on unique certification for every batch
🚚 Arrange collection and delivery via our dedicated transport partners
💬 What’s the most important factor for you when outsourcing sterilisation as part of the medical device

🔧 Meeting the brief. Communicating every step of the way.
When AMS needed to reshore the production of their Sterile A Set range using identical materials and specifications, and to keep the price of these low margin devices the same, they turned to Meridian Medical.
Our technical team sourced all the original componentry across the range. Only one required a new mould: a low-mix male luer connector. We designed a single mould tool, which featured new parts, to produce all six connector variants, keeping lead times down and tooling cost-effective.
📢 Throughout the project, AMS received clear and consistent communication. That’s standard practice at Meridian Medical. No chasing and no 'surprises'.
💬 What do you find most helpful to hear from your manufacturer during a project?

✈️ Reshoring medical device manufacturing isn’t just good for business, it’s good for the environment. It’s a way to reduce carbon emissions, packaging waste and logistics complexity.
