Does creativity help your mental health? Speak Up Self-Advocacy group made & decorated their own candle holders in memory of a previous group member. Such a cathartic way to remember and celebrate the life of someone special.

Last night, People Come First, Horsham Self-Advocacy Group learnt some basic emergency first aid.

First aid trainer, Tracey taught members about choking, bleeding and falls.

Tracey's parting message to self-advocates was "Even if you might physically struggle to carry out the first aid yourself, you can always tell someone else what to do, you can always call for help, you CAN save a life"
