I am running TWO BEGINNERS COURSE in May BOTH EXACTLY SAME but different days and times to try accommodate as many people as I can.
One starts Monday 27th April and will be every Monday and Wednesday 6pm for 4 wks. the Other Tuesday 28th May and will be every Tuesday and Thursday 6.55pm for 4wkd
If you want to start yoga but scared you will not be be able to do it then this is the course for you!

NOW that is a back bone that could take you anywhere…This young lad physically and mentally is a absolute inspiration, always consistent and through this he has given himself the best foundation to build a life of health and wellness at such a young age!
He always tries his up most best and is so keen to progress !
I have got to know Max over this last year and I can honestly say he is one of the nicest young lads I’ve ever met…and from all accounts a boss DJ too !

A busy week of 121 Deep Stretch/yoga and classes I forget to post most weeks and I know I should take more photos of some of the amazing results we get here with !
So grateful to be able to do this for a living, thank you to everyone that comes to see me week after week!
