I am running TWO BEGINNERS COURSE in this month BOTH EXACTLY SAME but different days and times to try accommodate as many people as I can.
One starts Monday 21st July and will be every Monday and Wednesday 6pm for 4wks and the other starts Tuesday 22nd July and will be every Tuesday and Thursday 6.50pm for 4wks

If you want to start yoga but scared you will not be be able to do it then this is the course for you!
This is A STEP BY STEP guide in beginners yoga so anybody can’t enjoy the massive benefits you have all heard about from anybody who practices yoga anywhere! £52 per course DM to book👍

Kate is a 360 hours trained Yoga Teacher and has been teaching for over 7 years, her classes consist of strong Hatha flows, and are suitable from beginners to all levels. All classes include techniques proven to be a potent means to restore sleep and maintain physical and mental health and wellbeing 🙏

Loose hips allow for a natural, pain-free gait, reducing the likelihood of discomfort during daily activities and enhancing overall mobility as we go through

Beyond physical benefits, hip openers foster a sense of overall well-being. When you feel relaxed in your body, it becomes easier to attain mental clarity and emotional stability. The practice of releasing tension in the hips encourages a greater sense of peace and helps reduce anxiety.

As we age, maintaining hip flexibility becomes increasingly important. Stiff hips can lead to greater mobility issues down the line, which may necessitate medical intervention. Tonight’s Broga class invigorating , filled with strong movements designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, and strength. The energy in the studio was fantastic everyone embraced the challenge, pushing their limits and supporting each other along the way. Including 4 minute plank 🙌

As we flowed through sequences, it was inspiring to see everyone making noticeable progress in their postures and overall practice. The emphasis on strength-building techniques not only improved our physical capabilities but also fostered a sense of community among everyone in class
