We are extremely happy with this move and needed a different ‘NDS Home’ due to the constant growth and progression.

We are pleased to share an update on Site A, which has been under the dedicated leadership of our Team Leader, Parkinson, since its launch in January 2024. In just a few short months, the incredible staff at Site A have achieved remarkable progress.

Through their unwavering commitment, the team has successfully established a baseline behavior, set up daily routines, and created a stable and nurturing environment for the individual we are supporting. This success is a direct result of the structure, professionalism, kindness, and empathy that the staff brings to their work each day.

The positive transition we’ve seen at Site A is a testament to the outstanding effort of Parkinson and his team. Their work embodies the core values of our Complex Care Division, and we are incredibly proud of what they have accomplished.

A huge well done to Parkinson and his team for setting such a high standard and for making a real difference in the lives of those we support.

Site B -

We are excited to announce that Site B is set to begin operations at the end of August 2024. Under the leadership of our experienced Team Leader, Gillian, we have assembled a fantastic team specifically tailored to meet the needs of the individual we will be supporting.

The team at Site B has been carefully character-matched to ensure the smoothest possible transition. We are confident that, with Gillian at the helm, the team will help the individual establish routines and achieve positive outcomes from the very start.

We look forward to sharing the successes of Site B as they begin their journey and continue to uphold the standards of care that define our division.

Nos Da Healthcare and NDS Healthcare are proud to announce that we are now approved suppliers of the NHS through the Workforce Alliance Framework RM6281

As an existing supplier on the NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, this exciting news means that we are now able to deliver staffing solutions across the NHS on both sides of the border and provide both Healthcare Assistants and Nurses with regular and ongoing work at hospitals in both England and Wales.

Our In-House Trainer (North) - Kelsey 🙌 Kelsey joins Nos Da and NDS Healthcare working directly across our Northern network in Wrexham and Liverpool. Kelsey will be conducting all of the training requirements for these branches and ensuring that all staff remain fully compliant.
Kelsey has worked as a trainer for the best part of 7 years and is extremely confident. Our staff members have already complemented Kelsey on her training courses and she has a keen eye for talent, regularly feeding back to our North branches about which candidates will be suited for certain clients.
We are looking forward to Kelsey taking a lead and developing our training department over time.
