Each class focuses on mobility and flexibility, releasing tension, and calming the nervous system so you can sleep better and feel more grounded.� We weave in gentle breathwork, meditation, and simple stretches, helping you reconnect to your body in a way that feels natural and supportive.
It’s friendly, down-to-earth, and completely free from judgement — just men showing up to feel a little better each week.
