I hate to have to do this…. But for all NEW clients wishing to book in from 1st May I will be requesting a 50% non refundable deposit for your treatment.... this must be paid before your appointment time/date is confirmed.
Devastated to have to work this way but I only do treatments part time, so last minute cancellations aren’t convenient, that time could be spent with my family or regular clients who sometimes have to wait a few weeks for me to be available on the days/times they require.
