Wow this is such a powerful but TRUE statement love this guy !

So it took me 12 months to reach my goal but more importantly I have Kept my weight loss for over 5 years 👏🏻👏🏻🥰🥰

I have done this by life style changes, using our amazing products and I feel better today that what I did in my 20’s !!!!! I am now 45 🫢

She’s super organized and no matter what she’s in club 3 times a week 100% diary focus and she’s feeling incredible ❤️

She’s learnt so much about herself and also around good nutrition ❤️

What a review today for Cathy 😍😍😍😍

She joined in March after struggling with managing her type 1 diabetes for over 50 years she knew she needed help with her nutrition

Now Snacking on healthy foods her blood levels have never been better and look at these result 🤩🤩🤩

Over 2 stone ⬇️
3 litres of visceral fat ⬇️now healthy ❤️
13.9% body fat ⬇️ now healthy ❤️
Size 14-10
89cm ⬇️
29 years younger metabolically 😜

Loved the smoothies and regular eating and loves club for the community feel and making friends that are helping each other daily 😉
