House Foundations
Drains
External Doors
Water & Gas Pipes
Water Tanks
Mould
Dampness
Leaks, Flooding or Water Damage
Cracks within your property
Roofing & Gutters
Defective Boiler
Brickwork
Electrical Wiring

PLEASE READ.....

We have just know today come back from a persons house
the individual in question has told us they do not want there details or any pictures shared

i can honestly say this person was let down by there housing association, 2 of the rooms within in the property where just full of mould all over the rooms

they had been complaining about this FOR OVER 8 MONTHS !!!!
and nothing was done

please understand for anyone reading this that this should not be happening in the UK !!!!
these type of disrepair's can cause SERIOUS health problems to anyone living in them

This individual is now going for a medical check up as they struggle to breath from time to time and get really severe headaches

This is almost a closed case the individual will be getting back paid on there rent from the last 8 months and also compensation paid out (even more after the medical)

Please keep an eye on any vulnerable neighbours old and young as many vulnerable people will not have the guts to pester there housing or are scared to complain thinking that they will have to pay for damages or possibly get kicked out of there home when this is not the case
