We’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Aintree. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a vital role supporting both our service users and our care teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered every day.

💼 Your Role Will Include:
👥 First Point of Contact: Visiting new service users to complete assessments and introduce our service.

📝 Care Planning: Creating detailed, person-centred care plans tailored to individual needs.

🤝 Team Support: Working alongside the Care Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

✅ Quality Assurance: Carrying out spot checks, observations, and staff mentoring to uphold excellent care standards.

🚨 Emergency Cover: Stepping in to provide hands-on care in emergencies or staff absences.

📞 On-Call Duties: Taking part in our on-call rota (1 in 4 weekends and 1 night per weekday).

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in the care sector (supervisory experience preferred)

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding community care
