Living in my dream job world right now 🥹✨ Here’s to chasing your dreams, but also a big reminder that for over a decade I was depressed, bulimic, lost, and deeply sad, I always said if I made it out alive - that was a win 😣 (to have made it here is beyond baffling to me, pinch me moments daily 🤯🤯🤯).

DREAM JOB? Just signed it 🥹🥹🥹🥹

This week, I did a trial for a Man City footballer and they offered me the job on the spot(!!!)🥹 I can’t even explain how healing this is for me. Like what?? Wait? Do you actually want me??? Are you sure??? Me??? 🤣🤣

I’ve actually never done a trial and not got the job, but it’s still baffles me every single time, plus this felt high stakes because it’s the job iv always wanted.

Every day I question how the hell I got here (500 breakdowns) 🤣 I always say I’m so blessed that I love my job, but it’s not really a blessing because I know I’ve worked for it, and pursued it with an abnormal amount of resilience, and a sprinkle of delusion (and that’s on trauma😭😭xx)

I’m living proof that you don’t need the ‘normal’ route, you just need grit, resilience, and a refusal to give up!

By ‘living proof’ I mean, I am only 26, I’ve never worked in a restaurant, I am completely self-taught, I essentially harassed everyone in the industry until I got a trial🤣, I thought if I could just get the food onto the plate, I could prove my worth… and someone finally gave me a chance, so I ran with it. I went from running my own meal prep company to a Championship player, to a Premier League 2nd Team Player to a Premier League 1st Player, and now a 1st Prem Player in Manchester 🥹🥹

I’m out here trying to reverse food obsession and taking the focus away from calories - whilst also providing health, comfort, and love through all my food (to all my friends, if I’ve offered to cook for you, know you’ve got a special place in my heart).

The materialistic side of it doesn’t really matter to me, I spent so long so sad that I unknowingly built the resilience to make sure my adult life was filled with freedom, love, kindness, and authenticity. My friends all highlight this ♥️

I just want everyone to know that there’s no dream that’s too big, there’s no challenge that’s too hard, if I could give everyone a gift it would be the gift of self belief. You can fu***ng do it.

Off season Part 2 🥹🥹🥹

I feel so blessed I have so many kind and beautiful friends. Sometimes I feel absolutely ridiculous because I feel like I see the beauty in/ and depth of the most tiny things like pretty flowers or someone paying for your coffee or one of my friends giving up an hour to come on run with me. But then I remember that is something I lost as a teenager and worked very hard to get back, that is literally my growth.
