Sitting outside in the rain and waiting for my 10th yoga class of the day on mental health awareness week. Feeling relaxed but ready for a nice chilled class to round off the day. (Class request for tonight)
It’s not always like this, I only usually have 2 lovely classes on Thursdays.
Today I taught breath, movement AND stillness to every class in a progressive primary school.
Every child from 3 year olds in nursery upwards got to move, laugh and find some relaxation.
Moving for mental health is so important…but so are those little moments of stillness 💕
