World Mental Health Day today ✨️
World Mental Health Day is observed every year to raise awareness about mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental well-being. It's an opportunity for everyone — individuals, communities, workplaces, and governments — to reflect on how mental health affects our lives and what we can do to support others and ourselves.
Check in with someone — ask how they’re doing, really listen.
Share awareness — post on social media, share resources, highlight the theme.
Support (or volunteer with) mental health organizations that work in crisis zones or refugee settings.
Self‑care: take time for yourself — rest, reflect, step back from distressing news.
Learn about mental health in emergency contexts: what works, what’s needed, what gaps exist.
