At Unity Lives we understand the importance of truly person centered support and endeavor to co-create every package with the individual accessing the service and their significant others. We co-create and deliver packages of care for adults of varying needs and complexities and support is tailored to individual needs and in line with care needs assessment. Commissioned support times may vary dependent upon individuals needs, capacity, independence and packages can vary from 2hrs to 24 hours per day. Support is delivered by our Unity teams of senior support and support workers, who are all trained to the highest standards to give exceptional care and support. Unity Lives prides itself on being a smaller organization that maintains a personalized approach and creates environments in which everyone has a voice and contributes.

Come with us on our Operational Team Away Day! 🌟🩷👏🩵
 We swapped our usual monthly meeting for a fun-filled day in Liverpool city centre!! Starting with mini golf at One Under in Liverpool city centre with some questionable dance moves going on 🕺🏽🤣 (shoutout to Andy, our Operational Lead, who took home the win and the bragging rights!) Golf was followed by a delicious lunch at Albert Schloss!! 🍽️🍔🤍

At Unity Lives, we know that taking time to connect outside of the usual routine strengthens our team and, in turn, the support we provide. These moments of laughter and teamwork reflect the values at the heart of our care for vulnerable adults.

As a supported living company providing tailored care to adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities, teamwork, communication, and compassion are at the heart of everything we do. Away days like this give us the space to reflect, recharge, and return with even greater energy to deliver the bespoke, person-centred care our people supported deserve. 💌
