At Unity Lives we understand the importance of truly person centered support and endeavor to co-create every package with the individual accessing the service and their significant others. We co-create and deliver packages of care for adults of varying needs and complexities and support is tailored to individual needs and in line with care needs assessment. Commissioned support times may vary dependent upon individuals needs, capacity, independence and packages can vary from 2hrs to 24 hours per day. Support is delivered by our Unity teams of senior support and support workers, who are all trained to the highest standards to give exceptional care and support. Unity Lives prides itself on being a smaller organization that maintains a personalized approach and creates environments in which everyone has a voice and contributes.

This weekend, Unity Lives Ltd had the pleasure of taking the people we support on a day trip to Blackpool and it was truly a day to remember.🌟🩵

The group enjoyed a full day of fun, from exciting rides and seaside views to plenty of laughter shared between staff and the people we support. These outings mean so much, not only for creating positive experiences, but also for strengthening relationships, encouraging independence, and making sure everyone feels part of a supportive and joyful community. 🎡🎠🎟️

We ended our day with a lovely meal at Wetherspoons, giving everyone time to unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Moments like these highlight the importance of connection and meaningful experiences in the lives of the people we care for.

We’re so proud of the smiles, the confidence, and the memories made and we can’t wait for the next adventure!! 💗✨

This Carers Rights Day, we want to shine a light on the millions of unpaid carers who play a life-changing role in supporting loved ones across the UK. Whether you’re caring for a family member, partner, friend or neighbour, your role is essential, and so are your rights. ❤️‍🩹🙌🏻

Many carers don’t recognise themselves as carers, and as a result, miss out on vital support and resources. This year’s theme, “Know your rights, use your rights,” encourages every carer to understand what help is available and how to access it.

🎄✨ Share the Sparkle This Christmas! ✨🎄

At Unity Lives Ltd, we believe everyone deserves to feel the warmth and joy that Christmas brings!🎄💌

Many of the vulnerable adults we support don’t have the means to decorate or bring that festive spirit into their space. But with a little help from our amazing community, we can change that. 🌟🎅🏼

We’re collecting spare Christmas decorations, this can baubles, tinsel, fairy lights, wreaths, small trees, or anything that can brighten a home and a heart this season. 🎁

It doesn’t have to be new - just something you no longer use that could bring someone else a moment of joy. Together, we can turn simple decorations into something much more meaningful: a sense of belonging, comfort, and cheer. ❤️
