This hands-on workshop is designed to help participants learn practical hospitality skills in a supportive, inclusive environment — while building independence and confidence along the way.

👩‍🍳 Here’s what’s included:
✅ Proper hygiene and food safety practices
✅ Setting up and preparing a workstation
✅ Knife safety and handling techniques
✅ Following recipes to prepare meals
✅ Cleaning and maintaining work areas

Whether it’s for in-home skills or pathways toward hospitality employment, this program helps participants grow at their own pace — and have some fun doing it!

Adventures with Dan & Austin 🌞

Another one in the books! 😎

This time they explored the stunning Castle Rock Beach, taking in the beautiful coastal scenery 🏖️

Along the way, they were lucky enough to spot not one, but two water dragons 🦎

The adventure wrapped up with some tasty local fish and chips 🐟🍟 — the perfect way to end a sunny day.

Here’s to more adventures, good company, and making memories along the way! ✨

🧭 Dan & Austin’s Saturday Adventures ✨

This weekend’s journey took them around the Sydney Olympic Park Scenic Loop 🌿🚴‍♂️ before refueling with a classic pub feed down at Silverwater Hotel. 🍔🍻.

Along the way they stumbled across a MASSIVE front door… 6 metres tall! 😲🚪👀

We’re partnering with .grappling.lab to bring you an amazing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) session designed for people with disabilities!

Join us for a completely FREE 2-hour adaptive martial arts program that builds strength, confidence, coordination, and community – all in a fun and inclusive environment!
