🤰Expectant mama? Look no further, we have not 1 but 2 prenatal courses running this January! Perfect to build confidence, strength and mobility during your prenatal journey. You’ll be supported by a fully qualified and experienced instructor as you embark on a 4 week course suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

✨New to reformer Pilates or getting back into it after a while away?
Here at World of Wellness Studios we are running a late night beginners reformer course. Expect to learnt the fundamentals of Pilates, how to breath correctly to get the most out of your classes, what we mean by proper alignment and posture and so much more!!

✨ IT’S MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK ✨

This year the theme is loneliness.

My own personal experience of loneliness from last year had me at my lowest point. I remember having so much support and love coming in yet feeling so helpless and isolated. In therapy, my counsellor would be talking to me and I was so detached I couldn’t connect with her words. I was in the midst of a chronic health condition diagnosis with non-stop symptoms battering me. I felt no one understood and I completely lost myself.

From the outside you would have said I was depressed (and rightly so) but lonely is not how you would have saw me. Yet inside, I was a deserted island.

Loneliness can be many things, my version of it was from myself.

Today is your reminder to be aware of the forms loneliness can take. To be gentle with yourself and empathic to others. To remember there is support out there and you are not in this alone.

✨ IT’S MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK ✨

The whole reason this small business was started was to raise awareness of mental health and the stop the stigma around it.

Mental Health Foundation] have set this years theme as LONELINESS. In life we are all bound to feel lonely at some point, but it’s when loneliness consumes us that we need help. Something as small as checking in on yourself or others, picking up a new or old hobby or even using distract can make a big difference.

So we challenge you to check in on yourself and 3 others this week. We care and we always will, you are never alone 🖤

This week, a portion of sales will go to Mental Health Foundation] as well as to support the great work they do.

Long time no speak.. hey!

So here’s the thing, this business is owned, ran and kept alive by me, myself and I. Unfortunately I ended up becoming very ill and ended up being admitted to hospital. After a few weeks of my body refusing to work (and probably rightly so) I feel a lot better and here to tell you WE ARE OPEN (again)!
