Come along for free advice, resources, and support (no booking needed, just pop in) to help you take charge of your health and wellbeing.

🍽️✨ NHS Tips for Healthier Meals ✨🍽️

Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated! Small swaps can make a big difference to your health:

✅ Add more fruit & veg – aim for 5 a day 🌱
✅ Protein: animal and vegetable proteins will help keep you fuller for longer 🫘
✅ Cook with oils that contain unsaturated fats; alternatively cook with less fat – grill, steam or bake instead of frying 🍳
✅ Remember to stay hydrated, at least 6 - 8 cups of fluid a day! 💧💧💧
✅ Eat fish? try to have at least 2 portions a week with one of them being a oily fish like salmon 🍣🐟

Bonus Tips:
✅ Choose wholegrains – switch white bread, rice & pasta for brown 🍞🍚
✅ Cut the salt – taste your food before adding extra 🧂🚫
✅ Watch portion sizes – listen to your body, not just your plate 🍽️
