🍽️✨ NHS Tips for Healthier Meals ✨🍽️

Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated! Small swaps can make a big difference to your health:

βœ… Add more fruit & veg – aim for 5 a day 🌱
βœ… Protein: animal and vegetable proteins will help keep you fuller for longer 🫘
βœ… Cook with oils that contain unsaturated fats; alternatively cook with less fat – grill, steam or bake instead of frying 🍳
βœ… Remember to stay hydrated, at least 6 - 8 cups of fluid a day! πŸ’§πŸ’§πŸ’§
βœ… Eat fish? try to have at least 2 portions a week with one of them being a oily fish like salmon 🍣🐟
