Today I had a very emotional🥲 reiki session with a wonderful lady who has for a long time been feeling very off balance and not in touch with herself & those around her .She has a very stressful job with so much going on in her private life & has never believed in this kind of healing . Yet today I got my hands on her. I took away from her so much stagnant energy that had simply nowhere to flow too. I also unblocked her throat & heart chakra & immediately the tears began to flow, it was so emotional to see. By holding onto emotions & not speaking your mind it stays with you & builds up ,please if you can talk thing’s through. Once we were done she said she was feeling lighter & her mind not so full. & that’s off just one session . Reiki helps with so many things . it was & will be a continued pleasure to be part of her healing journey.❤️💫
