Pure class from Trent Alexander-Arnold 👏

Liverpool's Scouse star has made a big financial commitment to cover costs for hundreds of youngsters to play football across Liverpool. The 'Trent Alexander-Arnold League' has been set up for five and six-year-olds at two venues in the city.

Liverpool’s head of pre-academy recruitment Ian Barrigan told the Athletic: "Trent came up with this idea himself, as he wanted to help and make a difference.

“He does so much for the local community and this is another unbelievable gesture. He might have won the Champions League and the Premier League but he remains humble and proud of his roots. He wants to give back and it’s the same with his family" ❤️

With so many pressures to be perfect it's hard to know what right steps to take. Being in the industry for just over a decade now I can now say the key to success is strengthening of the mind. Be critical about what your told and question everything that may enhance or hinder your progress. Quick fix's and fads will not help people achieve the results they are after. But they help to economically enhance the people selling them. As in life, success requires hard work, dedication and commitment. Be the change you want to see 💯

Focus on the journey not the destination.
