💚Clients ask me what supplements do I take and why?
I'm on a health journey myself at the moment
💚9am I have my one & only coffee I put a scoop of collagen protein complex in for my muscles, bones, skin & hair health
I take vitamin D3 with k2 the k2 helps absorb the vitamin D this is like sunshine in a packet as we don't get enough in the UK.
I have NAC which is a powerful antioxidant and is known to reduce the size of cysts (which I have)
I take oil of oregano to keep the parasites at bay.
💚3pm I take omega 3 for anti inflammatory purposes also brain & heart health (important at my age😆)
I have the mushroom complex for perimenopause support.
The electrolyte gives me the boost I need for the afternoon crash and keeps me hydrated.
💚9pm I have a sleep tea to wind myself down , I have the magnesium as it helps me sleep and stops me overthinking at bedtime. The milk thistle is for liver support and helps rid of old oestrogens.
💚Supplements are what they say to supplement not to replace a healthy diet.
