What a great night at the Menopause Cafe. We had the lovely Amanda from Renew_Skin_Aesthetics join us to talk about how her vitamins boosts can help support the body and mind during menopause.

Needless (see how I did that😂) she had a queue of women with sleeves rolled up ready for their boosts.

Ingleton Falls here we come 💕

Ladies, we are heading to Ingleton Falls this Sunday for our monthly walk. It opens at 9am and it’s £10 entrance fee. There is a car park.

I will be arriving for 9 and ready to start. Bring a packed lunch, water and wear comfy walking boots/shoes, it is a very tricky walk with lots of stairs, tree roots, dips & water spray so can be very slippery.

We will stop at the waterfall for lunch and a rest.

It’s a 5 mile (8 kilometre) trek and it’s a one way system so once you start you have to finish it as you can’t turn back.
I would seriously advise you check this walk out before participating as you do so at your own risk ⚠️

I’ll be at the car park for 8.50am so look for me if attending. Phone signal is likely to be dodgy so may not get messages if you try to message me when there.

Hey it’s a bank holiday weekend this week so wondered who would be interested in doing a walk this Sunday at Ingleton Falls?

It will be a very early arrival at the destination to start the walk before it’s over run with visitors.

Once I know of numbers of who’s interested, I’ll confirm if it’s happening.
