Great day today at the North West 1:1 meet, some amazing speakers inspiring to listen to about their journey, being a consultant and life after plan which I’m struggling with at the moment so it was really refreshing for me to listen to others to help me to put things into perspective, old habits have been creeping in especially at the weekends and I need to start being honest and accountable with myself 💛 it can be hard but I believe and trust completely in the plan so I need to get my mindset back on track and focus on my achievements so far and my current feelings ☺️

Rewind back to May 2021 at 21.5 stone I probably wouldn’t have even gone to the gig because I would have been scared that I wouldn’t have fitted in the seat let alone even consider wearing a tight t shirt, fast forward to 2023 after losing 9 stone on the 1:1 diet I couldn’t wait to get to the gig and of course why not wear the t shirt 🙌🏻 especially when your son is called Jarvis 💛

✨Face to Face Friday✨

Sometimes I look at the person on the left and don’t recognise them, yet I need to remember that they were important too!

Even though I was dangerously overweight which ended up with me being sent to A & E with life threatening blood pressure I still enjoyed being her and didn’t realise the pressure that I was putting on my body and my mental state.

The 1:1 diet has literally saved my life not only physically but mentally too, it’s an amazing plan and I can’t recommend it enough!

That’s why I became a consultant as I believe in the plan and the positive impact it can have, I want to help people on the journeys and see the amazing transformations that can happen 💛

2023 has been an exciting year for me taking a leap into a new career and building up my 1:1 business, I’m looking forward to see what 2024 brings ✨

The two photos remind me of how far I have come in my weightloss journey losing 9 stone with the 1:1 diet plan, I’ve been maintaining for over a year now which I’m still learning everyday about myself and my needs.
