I recently had the privilege of guiding a woman from Australia, Dubai and Beverly Hills through a deeply transformative quantum healing session. By tapping into the connection between mind, body, and soul, we explored her pelvic bowl, identified energy imbalances, and used womb meditation to reconnect with her feminine power. In my extensive 30-year experience navigating various gynaecological challenges and enduring the impact of sexual triggers, both physically and mentally, I have recognised the paramount importance of a dedicated pelvic health routine. Had my younger self been privy to this knowledge, it might have averted the necessity for two hip replacements.

Motivated by my personal journey, I undertook comprehensive training across diverse modalities. Recognising that many women grapple with similar challenges, I immersed myself in understanding how they can reclaim sovereignty over their bodies through the integration of a well-defined pelvic health routine.

My commitment extends beyond knowledge acquisition; I leverage my unique abilities to effect transformational change for the women I work with. Clients who once faced infertility and multiple failed IVF attempts have achieved pregnancy within a few months. Women post-menopause, devoid of sexual libido, have rediscovered their sacred sexual side. Those who underwent hysterectomies now exude empowerment with a strong and vibrant sense of self. Moreover, individuals overcoming sexual trauma or grief have found healing and joy.

These remarkable stories exemplify the profound transformation that women under my guidance are achieving. It is this pursuit of positive change that fuels my passion and defines my purpose.

Yet, a common thread among these women is the challenge of bladder control. The pelvic bowl becomes a repository for stress, emotions, and trauma, leading to weakened, numb, and eventually atrophied vaginal muscles. The repercussions extend to difficulties in regaining control over the bladder. This underscores the imperative for women to comprehend the adverse health effects of neglecting a pelvic care routine.
