I was lucky to meet a former British champion kickboxer and author John Bullock earlier this morning at Directors Box.
I am always keen to learn and develop as a professional, and it was great to be reminded to find a comfort withing the uncomfortable, as 'by stepping into a challenge, a door of opportunity opens'. I truly believe in that, and navigating those challenges shape us as people, and take us to the next level.
Loads of inspiration, and even a bit of a boxing training! (I am really into boxing🥊). Can't wait to try the Flow techniques!💥

Last week was quite significant for me, as I finally picked up my new Diploma!
So now I am Inherited Therapy & The Loveday Method practitioner as well! ✨️ I always feel highly motivated to work towards upgrading my skills, and growing as a professional. I am really fascinated by this method, and I think it really adds to the 6 years of experience I already have. Only 'upwards and onwards ', as they say!

I was happy to receive this lovely feedback from one of my clients after the online session we had.

We focused on strengthening personal boundaries and increasing the ability to say 'no' when needed! As I like saying: 'By saying no to others, you are saying 'yes' to yourself!' I am really glad that the 'Inherited therapy' technique I used brought such a good result.

I am really looking forward to hearing more good news from this gentleman!

Another busy day at one of the local wellbeing events. I've had loads of conversations about the importance of understanding of Intergenerational traumas, and how Hypnotherapy can help dealing with it.

Intergenerational Traumas can be passed up to 14 generations back through DNA, like an eye colour or any other physical features/ health conditions. But I believe it is really unfair to be affected to something what doesn't belong us, therefore it is important to cut out any negative connections to the past, which hold us back from the best version of our future.

It has been a few weeks since I am back from The 23rd Annual Congress of the International Neuropsychoanalysis Society in Trieste, and I still feel the inspiration from that journey.

I've always had a strong interest in Neuroscience, since hypnotherapy is so closely related to it. One of the things which made me think a lot was a theory about 'our memories are predictions of our future'. One of the speakers have explained that based on the repetitive experiences in the past, our brain would assume that our future would be similar to those experiences.

Sounds sad, but it doesn't have to be like that! Hypnotherapy is a great tool which helps to rewire the brain, and to change the perception on the events. We will still have the memories of the events, but also the appreciation of the past, as it makes us who we are today. It helps us to adjust our system of believes, which will lead to choosing better experiences in the future.

I woke up to some good news this morning.

The interview I gave to Liverpool Echo about me and my work got approved and published.
I feel incredibly grateful to Patrick Graham, an amazing and talented journalist from Liverpool Echo, for making it happen, and giving me an opportunity to speak about something what is important.
I am also really grateful to my family, friends, colleagues, other businesses and my hypnotherapy teacher for supporting me on this journey during all those years. Those people are my true 'cheerleaders', and always helped to keep my spirit up.
I would like to say a massive thanks to my clients all well. You inspire me all, and I am really grateful for the trust.

It has been a bumpy road sometimes, but all I know that there are loads of good things are on the way, and I wouldn't change a bit of this journey.

Did you know hypnosis is very popular among celebrities and high profile figures?

Here are some examples:

Orlando Bloom was eating so much chocolate as a child, that his mother called in a hypnotist to hypnotise him.

Kevin Costner flew his personal hypnotist to Hawaii to help him with his seasickness, as it was affecting his work on 'Waterworld'.

Tiger Woods uses self-hypnosis to block out distractions and stay focused.

Mark Knopfler, Matt Damon, Drew Barrymore, Ellen DeGeneres, Ashton Kutcher and Charlize Theron stopped smoking with a help of hypnosis.

Championship golfer Jack Niklaus used hypnotherapy and visualization techniques for improving his concentration during the game

Sylvester Stalonne had hypnotic inductions while filming Rocky in 1975. He used self-hypnosis to help write the script for “Rocky”. He then used hypnosis on a daily basis to overcome the more than 900 rejections for his script. During each day of filming “Rocky” he used hypnosis tapes. Eventually “Rocky” became an overnight success.

James Earl Jones and Bruce Willis – both used hypnosis to overcome stuttering.

Princess Diana – used hypnosis to help her with public speaking.

Kate Middleton – used hypnobirthing techniques to get through labor. "I realized that actually this was something that I could take control of during labor," she said.

Adele – used hypnotherapy to overcome stage fright and weight loss.

Lee Haney – won the Mr. Olympia bodybuilding championship eight years in a row with the help of a hypnotist.

David Beckham – used hypnosis for overcoming negative thoughts and fears.

Tony Curtis, Sean Penn, Sean Connery, Samual L. Jackson, John Travolta and Robert DeNiro – all utilized hypnosis to stay on top of their acting performance

I believe hypnotherapy is a perfect tool for letting go personal limitations and calibrating the mind for success. As the mind doesn't know what is real and what is not, by eliminating the inner obstacles, and giving the mind a 'virtual' experience of the success, it gains the confidence for the event, as it had already 'experienced' it before.
