Fill Up Your Own Cup ☕️

Lately, this phrase has been echoing all around me—my Angels are determined to make sure I hear it loud and clear 🙈

Over the past week, it’s come up in conversations with multiple people, popped up in quotes when I’ve been scrolling on my phone, and even appeared in videos on my social media, all with the same message: prioritise yourself 💯

During healing sessions with my beautiful clients, I’ve noticed a pattern—so many of them arrive feeling burnt out, frazzled, and at the bottom of their own priority list. They’ve been giving so much to others that there’s nothing left for themselves🪫

But here’s the thing, you can’t pour from an empty cup. I’ve tried & it doesn’t work 🙈 when you take time to rest, nourish your mind, body & spirit, and do things that light you up inside, you’re recharging your batteries!
