Join us again this Sunday for a relaxing beginners friendly Yoga Class and Crystal Sound Bath meditation (if you've never tried one of these, you seriously need to!) 😌
There are 7 Crystal bowls each aligning to your 7 chakras (energy channels). Class includes a 20 minute Crystal Sound healing session, putting you in to a deep state of relaxion.

Grateful to have guided another rooftop yoga class at this amazing venue yesterday. We moved under the sun whilst looking out over the River, listening to the birds sing ☀️ Makes me proud to call Liverpool my home!
