Going out isn't someone I often do these days- I have terrible anxiety which often stops me. I can talk to others about managing stress and social anxiety but not so good at listening to my own advice! I almost cancelled tonight but luckily, I forced myself out as I need to practice what I preach- what a brilliant night was had by us all! My 5stone weight loss, I'll be honest has changed my appearance but I'm still the big girl in my head. If you're wanting advice, support and guidance on a medical weight loss journey now or after Christmas keep me in mind. I'm going through it with you and understand the lifetime struggles of it. Plus taking baby steps, going out with your friends even for a couple of hours can make a massive difference to how you feel. I'm so lucky to have a group of friends who don't judge me. Is anyone interested in fad free, effort free, safe, clinically proven weight loss? Heres my personal story...

I started on Ozempic but due to supply issues and plateau with weight loss I switched to Mounjaro to assist with my weight loss 4 stone so far without having to think about dieting... It's on offer for the first month at £160/pen. Then it's £225 for doses 2.5, 5.0 & 7.5mg doses. You go up in dose at your own pace. Basically as food noise returns towards the end of the week. I've just gone up to 7.5mg (which I split into 2 doses over the week so side effects aren't that bad.) After 5 months on 5.0mg dose. The benefits of this over Ozempic/wegovy are its a 2 hormone inhibitor instead of one like Ozempic/wegovy, it targets fat cells rather than fat an muscle cells as you lose weight and there's no risk of stock supply issues shortages/doses.

I save money because I don't eat any junk food- I don't even crave food anymore. I used to have an on/off switch in my brain where if I was on a diet I'd spend hundreds/thousands trying everything to lose weight. If the switch was off I'd eat 4 doughnuts and 2 bottles of wine saying to myself you're going to regret this in 6 months. That has disappeared.

I used to go for a meal put have starters, mains and pudding with a bottle of wine. I can just about manage 3/4 of a main before I'm full.

I'm not selling this to make money, hand on heart it's changed my relationship with food. It's amazing x
