Did you know a few years back the amazing let us have a guest blog post!

The last few weeks have been rather stressful at MMS HQ - we have had issues with our landlords and we are looking to move in the near future, it’s also kicked off my fibro / FND big time!

My friend reminded me to take a moment for myself, take a shower and use one of the shower sprays. I decided to use Blue Velvet as it’s a perfect pick me up when you are having a stressful moment, or when you just need a moment to breathe and relax.

Sometimes I forget that my body goes through a lot with my chronic health and that it needs some self-care, but I honestly felt a lot better after using the spray!

It might be after 11pm on a Tuesday night, but being a small business owner is never boring!

I’m currently going through our list of products and making sure they are the right names (we’ve updated a lot of product names) - this is so we can be re-verified by The Vegan Society.

It’s costly, especially as we are such a small business but it is worth it so we can reassure our customers.
