You’ll:
✔️ Support and mentor care workers
✔️ Carry out quality checks and spot visits
✔️ Help maintain high standards across the service
✔️ Be part of the wider leadership and coordination team

It’s a varied role combining office work, community visits and hands-on support.

Today we were deeply touched to receive three beautiful bunches of roses from the son of one of our clients.

They were for our Managing Director Fearn, Office Manager Gemma, Care Assessor Diana - and most importantly, for the Care Professionals who support his dad every day.

His father is Polish and speaks no English. To help him feel safe and understood, our carers have taken the time to learn basic Polish - building trust and connection beyond tasks.

We also adapt his care schedule regularly to reflect how he’s feeling day to day, ensuring his support truly fits his needs.

This simple act of thanks reminded us that care isn’t just about routines. It’s about dignity, flexibility and human connection.

We’re incredibly proud of our team - and grateful to the families who trust us with their loved ones.
