A celebration of Jeans life will be held after the service, at Prescot Cables Football Club.

Joan was the beloved wife of Billy and a devoted mother to John, Gary, and Leon. She cherished her role as Nana to Lydia and Sophie. Joan was a proud mother and grandmother, and her absence will be deeply felt by all her loving family and friends. There will always be a part of her in our hearts. Passed away after a long illness at home surrounded by her loving family.

Mum we truly miss everything about you, the laughs, the cries, the way you drove us mad at times, but what we would give to have you here now. You couldn’t have suffered anymore. Back in the arms of your beloved Husband Roy and gorgeous Grandson Liam. Love you always Mum, your loving daughters Pauline and Nicky and Son in Law John, personal chauffeur, you always said “The son you never had.” ###

✨ Happy Birthday to our beloved Dad and husband, Des! Today, we remember the life of a truly remarkable gentleman who would have turned 92. Your vision, heart, and unwavering compassion for everyone shaped us into who we are today. Along with Mum, you both taught us the true meaning of caring for others, especially the people of Liverpool during their most difficult times.

Thank you, Dad, for everything you’ve given us and for all the ways you’ve helped us grow. You are always loved, always remembered, and forever cherished. Although you’re not with us in person, you will always hold a special place in our hearts.
