The stylish and spacious health club features a friendly team of experts dedicated to helping clients maintain a lifestyle healthy. The club is equipped with innovative fitness technology, including FitLinxx® and PowerPlates®, to keep guests motivated and in peak condition. At ARK Spa and Fitness, guests can try out the PowerPlate® fitness technology. This system uses vibrations to transmit waves of energy throughout the body, activating muscle contractions between 25 to 50 times per second - enhancing overall performance dramatically. PowerPlate® cuts workout times to just 25 minutes - perfect for a lunchtime session. The ARK Spa and Fitness centre is one of only two Liverpool health clubs to offer FitLinxx®, which serves as a virtual personal trainer. This advanced technological service tracks an individual's progress and offers tips and advice to ensure the best possible fitness programme. Dear Members,

We would like to inform you that our Boiler has recently been repaired and the Club again is providing hot water. I would like to take this opportunity to thankyou for all your patience and support you have shown the ARK Team during these difficult times.

Unfortunately the studio remains closed. This is due to a severe leak in one of the apartments above. This has caused the floor to be deemed unsafe therefore we are closing until further notice.

Please be aware due to Bank Holiday, the following Opening & Closing times have been adjusted:

Thursday 2nd June: 8am-7pm

Friday 3rd June: 8am-7pm

A temporary fire exit door has been fitted meaning the area is now safe for use

This does include the sauna and steam room as well as the whirl pool

As you know, we have had a substantial leak from an above apartment over the weekend which has caused substantial damage to the ceiling of our gym. Due to Health and Safety reasons we have opted to keep the ARK Leisure Club closed until we can get it professionally inspected. We will be closing the ARK Leisure Club on Monday as a result of this and hope to open as quickly as possible.
