I’m not just all about the adjustment 💉

Updates - follow ups - ongoing support as needed is what my service is really all about 🫶🏻

Anyone who knows me or has been to one of my clinics I’m sure and hope would agree 💕

I am constantly on the road travelling to my clinic locations to offer individualise specialist advice and support and I love every minute 🥰

I cannot thank anyone enough who has shared my contact details with others. This really does means the world to me 🫶🏻 and hopefully will mean I can continue my service way into the future - it has been a tough time especially with the drop in patients getting gastric bands and also the weight loss injections. But I am now seeing patients again reconnecting back with their bands 💪🏻 and a few first fill patients 😍

Always remember why!

Days are going to be tough after gastric band surgery, you are going to question your decision numerous times throughout the process!

You have to accept that this isn’t just a physical change but very much a mental journey too 🫶🏻and definitely one that cannot be rushed

Days get easier, the doubts diminish, you will get physically and mentally stronger and healthier with each passing day - I’ve had the pleasure to witness this transition so many times in all my years of practice 🙌🏻

Education and support is key, work with your provider, focus on health, take your supplements, eat a balanced diet - quality not quantity, keep hydrated, move your body, exercise is a vital part of the weight loss journey and how your body will look at the end and most importantly enjoy the process - you are back in control 🫵🏻

Keep strong, keep motivated and keep moving forward and always remember why 💪🏻
