The staff at Mather Avenue Surgery aim to provide a friendly and caring environment for the promotion of health, the diagnosis and treatment of illness and the care and counsel of those with psychological or emotional problems. The surgery sets out to practice whole person medicine, taking into account the many varied factors that co

ntribute to illness and health. We affirm the responsibility that you have in taking care of your own health and see our role as assisting you in that process. We are pleased to care for anyone resident in our stated practice boundary and also for those residing temporarily with existing patients in this area.

There is an international IT issue you may have seen on the news. This is affecting practices using EMIS, the patient management software used by all Liverpool practices. We are seeing people booked in but have no access to results, letters etc. Please bear with us while we wait for the boffins to sort the Internet.

You can send us a patch if you are not sure if you are due the vaccine and we will check.
