Happy Mother’s Day Mums 💐

Sending love to all the wonderful mums out there today and every day.

There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t count my lucky stars for being blessed with my little girl and for having a mum who’s also my best friend.

My mum is my inspiration and biggest support. Being a single mum by choice I chose her as my birth partner, it was a birth that didn’t go to plan. I was under general anesthetic when Calla was born so she was the first person to hold her Calla and my first memory of her is my mum bringing her over to me saying, “It’s a girl, she’s beautiful” 🥹

They have the best bond and I can only hope to be as good a mum to Calla as my mum is to me.

2016 - 2026

It’s been a whole DECADE since we opened White Wolf Yoga & Kitchen in town.

I loved every minute of the 5 years we were based there and I’m so grateful for the memories, for the community we built and for all the amazing people who joined us for yoga (or a coffee and CBD brownie! 🌱) and worked with along the way 🤍

I’m also really grateful for that step in the journey that’s led me to today - still teaching yoga (as ever and always!) but now from our smaller boutique-style Blundellsands based studio, and with the best little helper I could ever have dreamed of 🥰

I can’t wait to welcome you back to the studio in 2026!

What is White Wolf Yoga?

With 15 years experience and following our popular city centre studio (and a new baby!) I opened our bespoke yoga space in Blundellsands a couple of years ago.

We offer small group sessions with a maximum of 10 clients which allows for a tailored approach to classes and more focused support.

Classes on Offer.

At the moment we do 3 drop in sessions a week. All levels are welcome to all classes and yoga mats and equipment are provided.

1-2-1s

Now that Calla is in nursery I have more availability for 1-2-1 and private group sessions 🙌🏻

Why 1-2-1?

1-2-1s are perfect for those who would like:
- Support through injury or illness rehabilitation and recovery.
- To work towards a specific goal or have certain requirements (pre/post natal yoga etc)
- More flexibility around days/times to suit your schedule.
- A deeper focus on adjustments through classes.
- A personal introduction to yoga before joining general sessions.

Autumn at White Wolf Yoga 🍁

Our studio is back open next week and we have drop-in classes running:

- Tuesdays @ 19:00

- Thursdays @ 10:00

- Saturdays @ 10:00

All levels are welcome to all sessions and we provide mats and equipment.

We also have space for private 1-2-1 and group sessions.

These classes are ideal for those who would benefit from a more personalised programme and can support:

- specific injury recovery and illness.
- boost sports performance with tailored sport specific sessions.
- require personal attention on working towards specific goals.
- would prefer a more private space to practice.
