Autumn at White Wolf Yoga 🍁
Our studio is back open next week and we have drop-in classes running:
- Tuesdays @ 19:00
- Thursdays @ 10:00
- Saturdays @ 10:00
All levels are welcome to all sessions and we provide mats and equipment.
We also have space for private 1-2-1 and group sessions.
These classes are ideal for those who would benefit from a more personalised programme and can support:
- specific injury recovery and illness.
- boost sports performance with tailored sport specific sessions.
- require personal attention on working towards specific goals.
- would prefer a more private space to practice.
