Right folks, update time!
The store will close tonight for a minimum of 3 weeks. Potentially up to 5 weeks.
I am currently behind on orders it's not fair to current and future customers to keep accepting orders when I am struggling to get orders out the door in a timely fashion.

For anyone who doesn't know, I've been in a new job since the end of January and it's become incredibly difficult to find time to cast orders.
Currently in my job, I'll know what I am working 1-3 days in advance, my work cycle changes every week, so I work a week of earlies, a week of middles and a week of lates. That work pattern can easily see me start my day from 3am to 6pm in that period.
Also, because of covid, it's very difficult to arrange time off or move my days off around. I could also work just 3 days in a row before having a day off, or 10 days in a row.
Because of work it is very difficult to plan and arrange consistent casting time. Maintaining a rhythm, efficiency and consistency feels impossible at the moment. Add to that my mental health ain't ideal.
So current plan is to close the store, expend as much energy as I can to get rid of my backlog and build up a stock of plinths which I can dip into once the store reopens.
Apologies for any who is currently frustrated/upset/unhappy with their currently delayed order and apologies to anyone in the future who will be frustrated/upset/unhappy when they cannot place an order!
I'll be emailing folks with outstanding orders in the next few days with eta's on their orders!
